Thailand, known as the "backyard" of Japanese cars

Thai Japanese cars account for more than 70 percent of the market, not only Japanese car companies, but also a number of international car brands such as Germany and South Korea. However, the Thai government is vigorously supporting the development of the electric vehicle industry in order to address the increasing shortage of resources and serious environmental pollution, and has set a development target of 1.2 million electric vehicles in Thailand by 2036. To this end, the Thai government is not only for electric and CEBA hybrid car manufacturers to provide preferential policies, also physically to campaigning for the green environmental protection of electric vehicles.
